PS3 GTA IV ONLINE MOD

Hello

I have one PS3 and one copy of GTA IV.

I want to hack it so I have mod menu ONLINE. My aim is not to gain advantage online by mass killing etc etc. My aim is to make online a more fun experience for all the players.

So how do I jailbreak my ps3 so that I can play GTA IV online modded?
