Other players online can't see vehicles spawned or mods?

I'm running 3.55 CFW , ROGERO 3.7 spoofed as 4.25 w/ PSN access. I am looking for an ONLINE modmanager newer than what I already have, or a fix to allow other players to see vehicles I have spawned or modded. The Three-Socks v1.0 did NOT work online. offline ONLY on PS3 apparently.

That's because the .sco your using is setting the car to you by your hash key.
