Need Help w/ 1.06 update

I am using the proxy method to sign into PSN on my 3.55 kmeaw using sen enabler. I can't get the 1.06 update to download though, keep getting server error. I do have another hard drive w/ GTA IV on it that already has the 1.06 update installed. Can anyone please tell me which file it is that I will need to FTP in order to get the update manually installed?
