GTA IV Ps3 Modding

Hello I am new to console modding. I am trying to figure out how to mod my Grand Theft Auto IV for my Playstation 3. I have tried and looked, but I always find things I cannot do, or end up being trolls. I do not know how to put mods on my Ps3 or any of my Ps3 games /at all/. And I would appreciate it if anyone could help me and show/tell me how to mod my Ps3. I do not have any modded controllers, or any jailbreaks. I also do not own a external hard drive.




EDIT: I have also went through and read General Help. It really didn't help me much.
