Okaay i need help on my mod menu i tried three socks trainer that did not help me at all !! So plz dont suggest that lool. Can anybody give me a link or a file to a good mod menu base i have alot of sources plz someone help me out. Also i was wondering how do people compile large codes ik how to compile am not a noob but still its pretty confusing could someone help me on that too plz!!
Right now for a base, by far I would recommend Muskelprotze's Source. I know you have seen it before and didn't understand it, but I have to say, out of every source I have been through that is probably one of the cleanest easier ones to learn from. I recommend you give it a chance. When your adding knew things you really only work in the Setup and Menu_Functions, and its as organized as it can really get.
If you need something more simple than that the only thing I can even think of is slim355's Mod Manager 1.2 GUI:

He did a very good job with it, but it only supports 1 Level and you can only add individual SCO files for each script. This tool was used in Mr Okras Mod Loader.. So you can put together some pretty decent things with it in an easy manner.

You are going too fast son, try and compile a script successfully first(test it by adding to whatever game,IV is easier that EFLC). Then move on to trying a menu.
I admire your confidence but you are jumpin in the deep end with out even knowin how to swim. I would start off by compilin a script like the particle effects manager or one of HUN's gang wars
(in fact there are more sources ere that one could try).
They are not set in stone so one could play with it and perhaps make it better. That would be a great start.

One of these guys may be able to give a better recommendation.. but I'd say the easiest way for you to go about that would be to make each Level it's own SCO, then hook the main menu to them. It's pretty simple to do, only would take a few lines to create it (when I get home I could post an example).Quote:

That's the easy alternative since Multi-Levels are not supported of the default release.

k so I'm back.. pretty simple to do;
Lets Say you want to make Mod 20 from JDMAlex's 1_SimpleTrainer.c to hook to a new SCO (in our case another menu)
Note: Should still open with DPAD_RIGHT and close to the previous menu with O
1) Right here we have the Text Display, simple enough..

If memory serves thats all I had to do back when I used this as my primary menu and wanted Sub-Menus.. Didn't really test this (PS3 actually broken ATM :( ) But I believe everything is in order.
