I would suggest just getting rid of colors and pick one theme.. It's kind of a waste to have it.. If you think about it you have to change the color to what you want every time you start the game cus it won't save.. But it's your menu you can do what ya like.

both have the same issues, and waits are necessary

My menu was lagging a bit, and I put wait for 100ms each time it changes to the next page. problem sorted
