I've searched for master codes on Google, but nothing comes up. For example, I searched "slus 20228 master code" for Silent Hill 2 and nothing came up about it.

Just use the master code that No.47 posted then make 16:9 code enable both boot to game so pal right I will look see but 16:9 code may not work even if I find master

Well found silent hill 2 but their is 2 versions of the game so you will have to figure out what version you have 1.0 or 1.1

I have the 1. 1 NTSC version, should I just go on codebreaker and use the enable code with the 16: 9 code?

First find the master Code if you have it already then no problem just add 16:9 code make sure you have master and 16:9 on load game should then be in 16:9

Is the master code the enable code? If it's not, then I do not know how to get it.. And for the code part, do I just enter in the code like any other code? Can someone please make a step by step tutorial on this because it is very cool and I just do not know how to do it.

Man, I tried both SH2 and SH3 to no avail.. All I do is go to the game on the codebreaker select screen, enter the code as a new cheat, enable the enable code, start the game and there's no difference. Can someone please post a step by step guide.. I will love you forever!! no homo

You have to enable both the master code and the code(s) for the widescreen hack.
Besides, make sure that your master code isn't codebreaker-encryted, it should be RAW code (since the codes taken from the PCSX2 *.pnach files are RAW, too). You can use a tool called "cb2crypt" for the decryption.
