If you have a slim ps2, then you donīt damage the lens with "swapping" if you configure in setings of uLE the "Disc-control" to "on", cause then the cd stops if you boot up to uLE.....Quote:
i dotn like swapping disc every time i change teh game and do not want to damage my lens....
maybe its just easier to have ps2psxe than any thing else
and please add support for "The Misadventures of Tron Bonne"
smb support please.
And 2TB USB HDD support :D
Is there support for games with subchannel data? If not, then I want that. I ripped a old game that my ps1 never could read but my dvd rw drive read fine, but it uses subchannel data.
The .img file loaded in ps2psxe but got stuck at the first screen, with the loading bar at about 20- 25%. I'm not sure if it's ps2psxe just having a problem, or the subchannel data.
I wanted to use imgburn to make a .bin but it wouldn't load at all, and then I realized that it doesn't support subchannel data either so I guess there's no way to make a .bin with it or patch it that I know of(with freeware) that will make it work.
look for cloneCD dlanor has said a few times that it is good to rip PS1 games and preserves sub channel data etc.....
ImgBurn not support RAW-DAO/96.
Try Alcohol 52% Free Edition. It support reading/writing subchannel data and it's for free.
BTW: as i remember, PS2PSXe bypass all libcrypt type protection, so subchannels isn't necessary.
