For now I remember
These games are classic
FFIX does let you save before disc change. MGS and Cchrono don't.
Anyway, it's a simple change, but requires some kind of menu to be available during emulation. I'll do it at some point...
PS. I should have something ready for release this week (not disc change related, some sound fixes, mentioned vram usage optimisations, some crashes fixed).
Sorry about being a noob at this but does anyone know how I could get dragon warrior 7 to work it just give me a black screen? My set up is this. Thanks for the help...
It's really hard to tell. Many pieces of the emu are still totally unoptimized. Can't do that until they're finished. Even right now the "full speed" in some games is a matter of "cheat" (PSX runs underclocked). It works really well for some games, while causes issues for others (like playing at ~80% even though it says it's 100% - actually, the more simple the game is, the more issues it causes ;) ). At some point it might not be needed at all, but not yet. The biggest issue is branch emulation, because a lot of checks have to be done there - new IRQs, whether target block is compiled or not (for both cases if it's conditional branch), etc, etc.
