Yes, I did get the Windows firewall message and I unblocked it so I don't think it could be that, I'm going to try it later though. If that doesn't work, have you figured out radshell?

I haven't tried it yet. I have to study it, but I am having so much fun with one of the PS1 games right now, that I think I am done for today with tests.. I will try it during this weekend, unless someone else beats me to it. :)
Oh, and bad news for Ace Combat 3, I got to a level that my screen turned dark and I only hear that I am flying and crashing everywhere, but the screen doesn't pop up. It happened earlier in another level where I am destroying a virus camp, but as long as I drive away from those round circular buildings, the screen comes back. But this more advanced level, nothing makes it come back. So I think the game isn't playable anymore up to this point.
If someone has the game, I can share my game save so they can test what I see.
Update I checked a game walk-through of this game, and it seems the problem is on the last mission: 36. Geopelia So the game is playable after all, except the last mission before the game is over. :)
Oh, haha, ok. I'm done today also, going to watch blu-ray copy of The Dark Knight before I see it in theaters.
And what PS1 game might I ask? Ace Combat 3?
Read my edit above..
Nah, it's TUMBA! It's really a fun-frustrating game! :)
Tip: Before you go see The Dark Knight Rises, check on these these things:
- Wear your bullet-proof vest.
- If you have a license to carry a weapon (for self defense), definitely load up!
- Check the back parking lot for any lone cars with a guy there looking a bit odd, like with orange or red hair.
- When the movie starts make sure you don't see a dude leave the back door or exit doors on the side--if he does, make sure it's locked--he could put duct tape on the door so he can open it and return.
- Do not drink anything before or during the movie -- it's a long sucker!
That's about it.. :)
Haha, very nice tips, I will be cautious. :)
And I haven't played Tomba! but I might look into it.
As for testing, I might test Resident Evil Director's Cut tonight before I fall asleep.
1 more game:
Resident Evil -Director's Cut- Dual Shock
SLUS_007.47
NTSC
r202
USB
SCPH7502.BIN
Notes: Sound in FMVs work on r202 but not r198. Stuttering sound in FMVs and talking ingame (from fps slowdown). Fps slows down in cutscenes, but gets faster ingame. 60fps when it only has Jill/Chris on screen, a little lower when zombies/more characters are on screen but still very playable.
Second game:
Resident Evil 2 Dual Shock
SLUS_007.48 - Disc 1; SLUS_007.56 - Disc 2
NTSC
r202
USB
SCPH7502.BIN
Playable: Yes
Notes: Almost exactly the same as the first Resident Evil, except there is no sound stutter in FMVs. The sound in the FMVs gets out of sync over time but no slowdowns. Cutscenes and slowdowns are still there, but still playable.
Sorry, I have been on vacation and I am looking forward to testing a few more games before school starts up.

I just wanted to let people know that BRIGANDINE GRAND EDITION patched semi English version works fine with the NTSC Bios setting. The U.S. version, BRIGANTINE only works up until the first battle then freezes up with no words on the screen. I have no idea why one works and the other don't, but it sure is a great way to play this game!
