Problem with Metal gear Solid

This is the first time i try this emulator so be gentle.
Installed on a usb hdd, the game is pal/bios is Pal so i thought everything would work smoothly...

When i launch the game i can see the konami logo and then it's all black, just nothing what did i miss ?

I forgot, i launch it via ulaunchElf not sure if that's the source of the pb.
