OPL = Open PS2 Loader
it doesn't run psx games and it never will.
not.
you can run ps1 games usb by ps2psxe. is much better than the initial stage..http://psx-scene.com/forums/f164/ps2...preview-64878/
Then you see something wrong.....Originally Posted by chacyung

See the first thread of ffgriever again and you see itīs from september 2011, and there are new versions to download.....
Ah yes.
You are refering to version 188 and it's 198 patch I guess.
I am a tad confused as to how to add it to my MC's FMCB install...
Perhaps I missed something again v.v;
Will take another look.
Though from the majority of his first post, this thing doesn't sound too NTSC friendly.
Which is bad, because I live in the US and ALL my games are NTSC.
It's not like I can toss out all my games and get PAL versions just to make backups of them >.<
AND BTW... Have there been any newer releases of any of these?
(I looked around but can't seem to find anything even though it's been awhile sence I last checked)
Free_McBootv1.8b.rar
uLE v4.42a.zip
OpenPS2Loader_0.8.zip
ESR beta r9b.rar
SMS_Version_2.9_R4.rar
HDL_V0.8C.rar
Including the DVDPLx.rar for the "v15+ consoles"

NO.But it work in ps3 so it can be for ps1.
it's designed for ps2 games, and that kind of loading mechanism won't work with ps1 games.
it requires a different approach. maybe someday we'll have the ps1 support integrated into OPL, but that's unlikely.
@ siella
You can use PS2client&PS2Link, then you can start PSX-games over Network, itīs SMB tooFor example ps2psxe hasnt SMB or doesnt support iso files.
And you can directly rip your games to .img or reformat .iso to .img easy.....
