Yes, it's Chinese.
based on whatever that's left of the shattered foundation of my ability to understand the Chinese language :
equals to something like:
我也发现ps2有的游戏使用field 有的游戏使用frame 但是frame输出的游戏使用gsm等软件效果都不好
Frankly, I still don't get what he means because I don't know much about GSM.
I have found that some PS2 games use "field", while some others use "frame". However, the output (Probably referring to screen output) from GSM isn't too good for those games that use "frame".
对不起, 可是在这里我们使要你用英文写字. 不然没有人会明白伱在写的话.
English translatation: Sorry, but we need you to use English here. Otherwise nobody will understand what you're writing.
If you're using Firefox, you could try setting the code-page selector to "universal". It's usually the cause of most of such problems.
Whatever language you used here, my web browser is unable to display it correctly (even though I have installed some asian character sets). Most of the text is just displayed as hex codes in character 'boxes', except for a few key words in english. But those key words are not sufficient to understand the meaning of your post.
View->Character encoding->Auto detect->Universal
If you're using some other browser like IE, then I'm afraid that I can't really help you.
FYI you may have to set the correct code page manually, if the page comprises of text written in different code pages. This is because Firefox may become confused, and may not set the correct code page.
Blame this on the limitation in the non-unicode technology.
