Searched but can't find specific answer regarding dex firmware

Iv tried searching everywhere but I can't find a specific answer to what I want to know

A lot of people have asked about psn access on the latest dex firmware etc

But what I want to know is:

I have COD MW3 which is an original game disc
If I convert CEX/DEX With 4.21DEX firmware would I be able to play the multiplayer online from the original disc

Or is in not possible

I'm not bothered about the f**kpsn method which I believe isn't working anymore although I may be wrong

there is no psn on DEX
