after installing this app on my pc i can't read any hdd anymore only usb stick.my hdd show in safely remove hardware,if anyone came across this can you share how to fix it.thanks

When you say that the hdd doesn't show anymore is that after formatting it ps3gen(that's normal) or is it just a normally partitioned hard drive?

it's a normal partitioned hard drive that i save movie and software on that was working before i ps3gen on it.i can't find no way to remove it.thanks for your reply.

Install Easeus Partition Master and see what the hdd shows as and let me know

it show there but not in my computer,here go an image.

This should fix it:
1) Go to Control panel, administrative tools, computer management, Disk management
2) You'll see a list of Disks (and partititions) and DVD's (if you have any) and you'll probably see something like Disk 1 with no partition letter assigned
3) Right mouse click and choose Change drive letter and paths ===> add chose a letter from the drop down and the drive will be available.
