Damn, I just checked it yesterday and no patch. I'm rearranging some files from internal to external to free space after buying that new 2TB drive. I have the game and will check in a little bit

I haven't forgotten. Finally able to start backing it up. I also noticed that it should support console command key bindings (cheats/gameplay tweaks). Look at the controller cfg files. Just got to figure out if it still uses the old codes like idkfa, iddqd, etc

Yeah it's French BUT I've seen 2 different sized uploads and I got the 8gb one, I'm gonna try the 4gb one(huge difference I know) but they both have the same nfo, weird

Yeah, I saw that 4GB one too. Strange. I have the 8GB. Did you test it or just going off of the language files?

I tested it, it's really weird though looking at the files because nearly 6gb is in the maps folder so it'll be interesting to see what's different.
P.S. For funzies I tried to swap out the DOOM.WAD with a modded one but it went though all the loading screens and froze just before it should of loaded.

Edit: I'll try the 4gb one but I doubt it'll be different, I'll probably just go down and get a legit copy tonight

Don't bother with the 4GB copy - It's the same thing. Looks like it was just compressed differently. First Dishonored now Doom 3 BFG. I kind of expected it from insomni but DUPLEX is usually better than that. Looks like gotta stick with US version for this one
