i have a hard drive whit 2 partitions
1 of 30 gb
and another of 460 gb

can I only use the 30gb hdd to partition it with ps3 gen??? and leave the other partition to store my normal backups"??

No, sadly you cannot, ps3gen will not accept any harddrive not formatted by itself or the PS3, and when it formats the drive it deletes all of the data on the drive.

Well, I have a 4gb usb memory, I Want to partition it to be able to use Ps3 BD emulator
I dont actually need a game in the memory, I just want to do a fake BD game in order to play games
without discless compatibility..

or a game with 1gb size u,u

edit: Found it.. King of fighters XII.. will be.. :P

EDIT 2.- ok I did it, ps3 reads my 4gb memory,.. Kof 2012 game is not loading and I dont know why,. but the game done its purpose,.
Playing Silent hill downpour (wasnt possible to read discless),. but I still want to load Kof 2012 with my usb :/
