DEX conversion, compatible 3.60+ backups and Tips

i am new at here
now i am on dex 4.11 and run pes 2012 (BLES01408) , correctly game play but when enter to game resolution is very bad, graphic is vey bad, at where on my work was wrong!?
on menu debug i choosed 1080 resolution , when i worked on ps3gen i choosed all options for graphic and sound but still graphic of game is very very bad!!
anyone can help me?!

That's exactly why the graphics are bad. most PS3 games only support 720p as their max resolution, only a couple of games support 1080p. Forcing a game that is only designed for 720p to run at 1080p is going to cause problems because the game is not optimized enough / too demanding to run at such a resolution.

So to answer your question, you have to go back to PS3gen and leave the graphic settings at their default value, which is 720p and 480p.

is plugging into a pc and swapping the default image the only way to boot another game on a ps3gen formatted hard drive? or can it be done ps3 side? had a quick look through ps3 settings but may have missed something

As far as I know that's the only way at the moment and I've gone through all the settings as well. I'm dont know if anyone else has the same problem but games wont show up in the xmb unless I restart the ps3 with the game/usb already plugged in

yeah same here, took me 3 reboots before Spec Ops the Line showed up. Might have to put the tools on my laptop. my usb hdd needs mains power and I'm sick of moving it around haha
