CEX To DEX Questions and Help

Ok I gone from site to site trying to find the best way to go from kmeaw CFW 3.55 to DEX. I heard you can go up to DEX 4.31. Every tutorial has its own methods and tools to use. I am just totally confused.
I got the L1, L2, key and nand from the ps3 already.
What are the step to follow from here so I don't brick my ps3.
What is with the QA flagging? and the combo of keys on the controller to see if it is detected under network settings.
I got more to ask but I will leave here for now.
Believe me I have read and I am just lost.
Any help will be appreciated.

You should know that if you go to DEX higher than 4.21 then you will be stuck there permanently. Why are you trying to go to DEX? If you go to 4.21.2 Rebug then you can swap between CEX and DEX at will. There's no benefit to a pure DEX firmware for end users at this time

I heard there more benefits of using dex instead of CEX. For instance(let me know if this is true), Okami HD requires a higher firmware, so I won't be able to play it at 3.55. Since right now there is no fix for it. I heard that if you are in DEX you can run any games with no problems.
So should I updated my ps3 to 4.21.2.2 Rebug or leave as it is?
Also can you tell me if installing Kmeaw PSN/Spoofer v4.31 Enabler and Disabler will screw up my ps3 in anyway or it is safe? and can I completely remove them when I want to?

The most fully featured option is Rebug 4.21.2 but if all you're looking to do is go on PSN and play games hassle-free then you should go with Rebug 4.30.1. Either way you go they both can play all the latest games and go on PSN without any problems. Stay away from SEN enablers since they aren't needed on these firmwares

your behind the times....

we used to want to goto dex from 3.55 to play newer games
now there is 4.21+ CEX CFW that allows us to....

skip going to DEX

install rebug 4.30 CEX CFW or rogero 4.30

I new to this. that is why i am asking. what is the best solution in my situation, because it is a pain to search for pkg's and fixes for new games and sometimes for old ones.
I would like to play Okami HD, journey the collection and the new god of war.
So i won't install enablers/disablers.
So guys your suggestion is for me to go REBUG 4.30.1. so can i just do a normal update from xbm or should I use a specific method? I like the idea of a DEX ps3, to find all the goodies in it.

So guys, can I go directly from 3.55 to rebug 4.30? but if I want to still do the cex to dex. what will be the best tutorial to follow?
also can you give me an better explanation on QA flags? what about the combo of buttons? what is the for? what am I suppose to see or heard when I install it?
