The Project and its support is notassociated with BETHESDA/OBSIDIAN in any way, but the Project is thenext best thing :D
Credits are required to FLAT_Z for allof his work and knowledge with PFDTOOL
The project allows you to transfer/portyour save from one platform into the next.

With a click of a button you can haveyour save file all prepped up and ready to go. I have also included anew save file format with the tool but does not affect game play orthe ability to load OR regional settings......the Project does all ofthis for you :D
The project is coded with an auto-gamedetect feature so there will be zero issues with choosing the wronggame. you can try to trick the program with a hex editor, but itscoded like a fox!!!
