PS3 to PCSaveGame Help

So, I have this PS3 Save Game of Skyrim (from BLUS30778, Updated to 1.6) and my brother also downloaded the PC version of Skyrim.
Now I can Modify the Face details of my Character, So I followed the Instruction Part 1 (SKYRIM - PS3 to PC / PC to PS3 Conversion + Mods & Updates)

The Problem Is, I do not found util.bsd from “dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30778CACHE/PS3_GAME/USRDIR”
Also The path that I found is “dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30778CACHE/USRDIR”, No PS3_GAME/

Where do I find this util.bsd?

Note:
I'm on CFW 3.55 by Rebug,
I got NO TB

As far as I know this is only possible to do on Skyrim v1.0.

So, Pal, How am I supposed to Convert my Gamesave?
Any way you know?

You can only convert ps3 to pc using version 1.0 aka game disc without updates.
