I just need to drop quest item...

You need to do Items > Remove, then enter the FormID of the item. If you don't know the Form ID, you can find it at SkyrimSearch.com
After you enter the Form ID, you can then choose how many of that item to remove.

I don't know how to go Items > Remove or how to install this on my PS3... so if you can give some tutorial for that

Sorry, I don't own a PS3, nor do I know how to install this on one. There are tutorials in this forum though for skyrim mods.

btw it appears in my powers menu however when i equip it nothing happens, not even when i press the shout [R2]

Let me Help a little, I have the PS3 Console and I made this Mod work on PS3.

First of all You Must know The Skyrim.ini Method coz' this will be the main file you need to add this Multi-Utility in PS3 Console

Here's the Method from that Link:

PART 6: Install PC Mods on PS3

Advanced Warning: You NEED CFW for this part to work

Requirements:
1. Memory stick (FAT32 Formatted) (Where you put your Games)
2. Pc Mods that you want via Skyrim Nexus - Skyrim Mods and community: (In your Case: Multi-Utility)
3. EU or US SKYRIM.INI template

Download the SKYRIM.INI template for the region you desire

Download the Multi-Utility Mod from this thread

Extract the Files from the zip file (if needed) Password is I_AGREE as I remember

Rename all the Files using Capital letters. Eg “multi-utility.esp” to “MULTI-UTILITY.ESP” or anything you want as long as it is in CAPS

Open the SKYRIM.ini template in a text editor.

starting from “sTestFile2=” insert the name of the .ESP file (all in capitals) eg “MULTI-UTILITY.ESP”

if you have a second mod, insert it at “sTestFile3=”

DO NOT insert anything at “sTestFile1=” as this is reserved for the “SKYRIM.ESM”. in other words the SKYRIM game itself

If you have any .BSA files as one of your mod files, insert it at the end of : “sResourceArchiveList=” with a !!!comma then a space!!!

eg. sResourceArchiveList=SKYRIM - MISC.BSA, SKYRIM - SHADERS.BSA, SKYRIM - TEXTURES.BSA, SKYRIM - INTERFACE.BSA, SKYRIM - ANIMATIONS.BSA, SKYRIM - MESHES.BSA, SKYRIM - SOUNDS.BSA, DRAGONBONEWEAPONSCOMPLETE.BSA

Save the file and Exit.

Overwrite the SKYRIM.INI file (Make a backup) to this destination in the External DiskDrive:

/(GAMES or GAMEZ or whichever folder you put your games)/(Skyrim Folder)/PS3_GAME/USRDIR

eg:
“/GAMES/BLUS30778 - [SKYRIM US]/PS3_GAME/USRDIR”
“/GAMEZ/BLUS30778 - [SKYRIM US]/PS3_GAME/USRDIR”

"/GAMES/BLES01329- [SKYRIM US]/PS3_GAME/USRDIR"
“/GAMEZ/BLUS30778 - [SKYRIM US]/PS3_GAME/USRDIR”

Now down one directory from the USRDIR folder to DATA folder, Paste the Resource folder from this Mod (Merge if folder is existing)

That's it. Load your SKYRIM Game and Check your Shouts, and Its There
