anyway selyb, since your the most active modder I encounter here in skyrim, I better ask you if you know something about modifying the SKYRIM - ANIMATIONS.BSA.
I found some cool animations (like walikng animation, sitting, idle) from nexusmods, and a tutorial modifying SKYRIM - INTERFACE.BSA, but when I tried to do it, the game loads but my character do not move.
If you know any Tutorial Modifying SKYRIM - ANIMATIONS.BSA, please do tell me.

Those tools BSA Unpacker and BSA Commander are no good for PS3 Skyrim. They corrupt files from some archives like Textures.bsa. BSAOpt v1.63 or higher is the only program that can extract them without corruption. Also, only archive.exe from the creation kit can make the new bsa archives correctly. You have to choose the Xbox360 Archive option. Get archive.exe and follow my tutorial to repack.
To clarify: BSA Unpacker should unpack all correctly except "Skyrim - Textures.bsa". It is because it was packed with the option "Embed file names" so only BSAOpt v1.6.3 or higher can unpack it correctly. If you want to see for yourself, open a ddx in a hex editor. The first bytes are a number followed by the file path. That should not be there. The data should begin with 3PZ0 (or similar).
For repacking, all these bsas use the Xbox360 Archive option. If it is like on the 360, then they will not load if you use something else to pack them.
