Hey everyone, I need your suggestions and opinions.

I have something on my mind which I just call the ph03nix-Project. It is a website dedicated to hacking and modding and jailbreaking various plattforms, from Apple to Sony, over Nintendo and Microsoft, and even Google ^^.

The site shall feature:
  • One page, thousands of guides: ph03nix should be a platform which makes it easy for everyone to find what they need. May it be jailbreaking iOS 5.1.1, or how to setup the homebrew channel on Wii, or whatnot! Members can suggest/turn in guides which will then be posted to the public in a nice formated way.
  • File section: There are things like ps3scenefiles (read about it once) where, I guess at least, you can find tons of ps3 related files, such as mmCM .pkg files, or mods for games and whatnot. However, ph03nix will feature a similar system, where you can even upload plain .pup files or .pkg and include those into tutorials/guides. This should help users to be able to find certain packages like that "fix permissions"-thing for some CFW's more easyer than googeling around. Yeah, you can use google, but try finding a rare package... So in other words: ph03nix will be capable of storing files, grouped by scene, for everybody to download.
  • Forum: Tutorial suggestions, discussions and other support...a forum o.o



Now there are a few things I need - and the biggest one is a design... Since I am nearly blind, I am QUITE unable to design my own stylesheet, for the forum or the website at all...merp x.x! So I would indeed need help. But also I would need suggestions what i should never ever do, or what i really SHOULD do. Get what i mean? o.o


Anyway, any help, suggestions or ideas would be nice. The project, since its a website, will be coded in PHP, HTML,CSS, JavaScript, backed by MySQL and maybe also some shell scripts like bash and that stuff.
