Its really not that bad that it requires a 3.60fw the game its not that good u cant even full screen it THAT SUCKS so Scorpion2k7 good job keep up the good work

Scorpion most likely tried already. Even if the 3.60fw eboot was cracked. the PSN online activation part still kills it.
At least he through up a link to it just in case there's some major breakthrough.

Made a few batch files for character texture2D editing a bit easier.
Quite cheap but it works. (automates scorpion2k7 tutorial)
start with original CHAR_?.XXX file and end up with modified DLC structured charater folder to install.

Texture2D headers also hold the Map ID's. there two in the very first lines looks something like 00 00 00 00 00 00 04. well I changed the 04 to 02 on scorpion_c's Diff_Texture2D and it showed a different one. played around with it some more and noticed scorpion had the ground flames texture. there not lined up though. messy. just compared diff_DMG and diff.

Found that the CombinedReferencer file holds the base files of each character. I reserialized the ExportTable-txt into hex sarting at 0001. then I matched them with the hex values in the combinereferencer starting at offset 0x1C. very interesting!
