You can edit any extracted file, may also be of different size to the original.

I have Made my Tattoo-less Johnny and my Human reptile DDS files.
Does anyone know of a website that has texture DDS maps of characters? I remember the old old unreal had them. I am basically wanting them so I can add there faces to these?
its like a picture of there but there skin is stretched out.
EDIT: I found a nice laura croft skin, taking her face and changing sonya's hair and doing some small color changes to her costume. it makes a pretty good Laura Croft.
are you hex editing the texture2d into dds ? and then back into the texture2d digital? because you can use umodel to covert it dds. umodel does not convert back tho. so you would have to hex edit it back to texture2d. maybe cut out a step for all the hex editing.

Thank you for taking a look but I extracted some CHAR files and I don't see any audio extension like FSB, AT3, and those files... which file did you exactly extracted? Thanks!

Beautiful work, I can work a lot faster, although I must admit I do miss the hard work. I suppose I owe Scorpian and Digital credits for when my mod pack is released
This is the kind of work I expected to see out of a modding community, I'll still release my findings for the other files not covered by XXX and texture2d file format so I guess I still can feel good about sharing those things. Again congratulations on the release I guess I better get to work with the new efficient tools. For once I feel a little useless since I only was able to contribute a little bit but for once it's nice to see intellectual people take the step up something I'm not used to in the 360 community, I am used to doing everything myself and releasing my findings but it's nice to be on the receiving end for a change. Give yourselves a pat on the back guys, you deserve it
Frost and all the others that fight in the background of the pit stage do in fact have models and the same texture2d files as all the other fighters. So if someone wants to take a look into assign the model to a move set, , like just giving frost ( which is just called PT_Fighter_FR, the move set of subzero. that type of modification is out of my league.

I was hoping to find meat in the temple stage, but oddly only could find Priest and victim.
Like I said , they are just the models. no move set what so ever. it would take a lot of work but maybe in the future we could play as them. Or could lead to nothing and I am wasting everyone's time.sorry
