If how the rebuilder works is documented, I can probably make a pc version. Probably the endianess needs swapped out and that's about it.
No out of our choices, mesh swapping is still the easiest believe it or not. The mesh and everything that pertains to it is in it's own folder. In addition to this folder you've got the character expressions folder in the main part of the archive, all the character's scripting and their extra folders. Extras include stuff like weapons, sfx glows, ect. At least the mesh stuff is somewhat standardized, while the extras are completely random in their naming convention and what they might contain.
in order to swap voices,go to sonya_b's script(i assume you are using sonya_b) and go to SND_VO_Sonya and change the Sonya part to another char,respecting the limitations(so,no scorpion,or sub zero) afterwards,grab the char file you are taking the voices from and place it as an charintro for sonya(better yet,go to sonya_b's script and modify it so that it links to the char) if you want to get rid of the limitations,you could rename the VO folder from the char you are taking the VO from,add it as an charintro or rename it inside the xxx file + the script string to it and add it as a normal char.
if you need a swapped voiceover,just tell me,send me the file and i'll modify it for you.
I'm wondering if maybe the intro swap trick would work for char_ packages if you used the hasher to re-hash the file? Just a thought.
Ok noob's images are now 100% done. As I suspected the vs jpeg looks far better in the actual game where those harsh edges are rounded off a bit.
I didn't expect to have the jpegs ready so early, so the new boss mod might take longer than expected. Not much longer though.

I think it looks pretty good man. I don't know if the resolution is high enough though for the vs pic, unless you mean the ladder pic.
Btw we can add skins to the npcs I will release the the boss mod. On the current characters we can't make a skin out of the base character because we can't lengthen the name, but when I converted the npcs for the boss mod, I purposefully shortened the names to CLReptile CLNoob, ect.... Since there are a bunch of nulled out spaces, it should be fine to make a CLReptile_B or what have you.

The ladder images are fairly small, so those aren't that big of a deal but the vs images are 1120 pixels high.
