Unless they've updated the software since I last checked then yes it's only for portable devices

But could a psp have the file transfered to the memory stick and then extracted
back out to a pc? or maybe the file could be floating in the media go program files folders?

Ripped out of the Eboot.bin --- i was goin to mess with the eboot a bit .. see if i can chaneg the Links directly from the eboot . lol

i think we are nearing the answer, this eboot handling eludes me, perhaps a combination of eboot+coalesced.ini+toc could work

the Eboot is the main file it calls everything and tells everything what to do ..

think of it like a PC EXE file .. its what starts the Dominos
i should be able to find a call to the ini in here

I completely forgot PSN is down. I talked to the dude with the DLC redeemed on media go.
As soon as PSN is back up he's gonna install it. We just need to find where it goes..
Hopefully sony is not patching up the 3.55.1 loop hole..

Is this also how cheat codes are modded into an eboot file? Just curious, been following over at CMP too
