Wow... that's cool, it would have been cooler if Netherrealm studio had added some pictures for the character selection screen instead of having that black man figure and a double Quan Chi. It would be better to have 3 black figures! Anyway it's excellent! Im gonna try it and I hope for the DLC!

PD: What is that problem of black screen? You scared out of me... :S

But aren't there only 2 black figures? Each one for Goro and Kintaro. The other Quan Chi is Shao Kahn. I say all that from what I can gather from the video which an user uploaded. And I say that instead of doubling Quan Chi's image, it would have been better to have another black figure.

EDit: sorry, but I know this question will sound stupid but how can I delete the cache files? Because in the readme he says that we have to delete them every time we replace or change a file and I currently have the modded files for the klassic costumes...so how do I delete the cache files in order to install the bosses?

Copy the three .XXX files in the GAMES/ASSETS folder.
Copy the coalesced.ini and ps3toc like you did for the classic costumes.

Delete the game install data then install retail v1.01 patch.
Fire up multiman hit the permissions on MK then load MK.

After it boots up if you want install retail v1.02 patch.

Wow this is wonderful i been looking into the x-box version for sometime now was even going to modify my xbox just to get MK bosses.

But i'm happy it works perfect thanks Tetzrep.

Any chance of adding ClassicSmoke to that list? I'm sure it would be easy now

Tried replacing the files as instructed in the readme (although I am using the US version), deleted my old game data and re-installed the v1.01 patch from scratch. The game now takes forever to load as far the title screen, and wont go any further, I get a black screen whenever It tries to load the character select screen.

Am I doing something wrong ?, Im using the US version on a PAL PS3 with a HDTV

Can I install directly retail patch 1.02 skipping 1.01 ?

I had a similar problem and it was a permissions issue. Make sure your permissions are set properly.
That or just keep trying? The author himself had problems using ftp. I myself had no problem with ftp.
