green sub zero,im trying to make it like mk1 reptile except with the mk1 tournament mk9 costumes.
so like a modern mk1 reptile.
what kind of mod you want to kung lao?
btw,currently modding rain and guys,rain_acc_diff is his face,no joking,so the devs treated rain's head as an accessory,LOLZ.

am at a loss here, i converted KungLao_Diff_Damage.Texture2D into dds and photoshop wont open it, that was on the textures folder, sorry to ask, but in the instructions text file, is not really well explained at all :(

also, program #2 2_Texture2D_Search-Recover.exe wont open, but program 3 3_MkPs3TextureBeta3.exe does, is that normal?

The programs I've been using are the Mk9TextureTool_V3 that I think scorpion put out , and of course a few others here and there but those are the main ones. Also if you can't get photoshop to open the files after installing the plugin, you may have to go back and get the 32 bit version. I have a 64bit machine but had to get that version just for it to run on CS3 and CS4 (havent tried it on CS5 yet)
As far as the files go I always open all of them in the Texture folder except the Pmsk ones. An example would be if you were wanting to remove Cage's tattoo. If you only did it on the JohnnyCage_Diff.dds file and not on the JohnnyCage_Spec.dds, your mod would have a faint blue Johnny across the chest because there's a blue shadow of it on that file. Also, you might want to do something to the JohnnyCageDMG_Diff.dss file because if not, when he's hit a J will appear as part of the damage. So incase you are modding someone that has a change in costume (like the venom or carnage) you will want to do some recoloring between the flesh areas so a different color doesn't appear.
