    EFLC Vehicles to IV PS3 by Evil Blunt
    backup original files before applying any mods or replacing files
    don't work on the complete edition will loop on menu

    no vehicles have been removed or model swapped.
    all cars have been added, car colors and car names but in the vehicles.ide cars are named to some of gtaiv cars this is because some engine sfx for episodes cars are using a different sfx to gtaiv. if named there real names there will be no engine sound.

    you can only have 23 EFLC cars active in the vehicles.ide anymore and the game will loop on menu the limits for the ide is 150 cars, ive added 23 already but if you want to pick and choose which vehicles you want spawning ive added a text file with all eflc car ids.
    also included is a default handlingdefault.dat and a realistic handlingrealistic.dat from Realistic Handling 1.2 By Killatomate, rename which one you want to use to handling.dat and replace inside common.rpf
    150+ car, helicopter and boat spawns around the airport district, some eflc cars spawning not all im missing hashes for some lost and damned cars and bikes.
    secret island way down south of the airport.

    Vehicles Spawning
    apc, avan, buffalo, bullet, caddy, f620, gburrito, pbus, police4, rhapsody, schafter2, serrano2, slamvan, superd2, tampa, towtruck, bati2, hakuchou2, policeb, buzzard, swift, smuggler, floater,

    Install

    Open your common.rpf found in PS3_GAME\USRDIR\ with openiv or sparkiv and replace carcols.dat, cargrp.dat, handling.dat, vehicleextras.dat, vehicles.ide, american.gxt and images.txt with the ones ive included in the archive rebuild and place common.rpf in PS3_GAME\USRDIR\
    eflcvehicles.img goes in PS3_GAME\USRDIR\ps3\models\cdimages
    queense.img goes in PS3_GAME\USRDIR\ps3\data\maps\east
    clear game install data before playing.

    Update
    Added backup files in new link and removed vehicles.img its not really needed and i think was causing some freezing on some missions.

    really guys, there are like 4-5 active and good modders here, and they have accomplished more in 3 months than whole sevensins in 2 years on gta iv! Good job!

    PS: Not hating on sevensins! just saying

    yeah all vehicles work but no animation on apc and the buzzards guns are not working yet.

    something weird happend for me .... everything works fine aside that all pigeons ( flying rats ) model have been replaced by a unsolid shamal jet plane model . is this meant to be or is it a glitch side effect ?

    have i done something wrong in instaling ? ... i re-did everything twice.

    lol i think your right check airport body armour pickup it a pair of headphones for me. i got a rough idea why this happens ill look into it.

    same here ( headphone for armor ) i didnt noticed that one before ... in fact for the pigeons one , i noticed it only after loading another savefile , the one i was using before had almost all pigeons killed .

    could this be a file size issue ? i browsed into the files and failed to see anything wrong .

    I had jets all over, thought you meant to do that ! Most were right by a road and went flyin right though em son.

    i got eflc weapons and anims loading just gotta do some testing, was about to give up on it but the models are loading now but sfx wont play.
