VHBL for Monster Hunter Freedom Unite released –

A couple of days ago Tranced gave us the news that all us PS Vita owners were waiting for: VHBL Game Announced For FW1.80. Most of you know that the game is Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, what you probably don't know is that there are 2 other games Monster Hunter 3rd and Monster hunter Freedom that use a similar exploit and are still available BUT look HERE first. Anyway the VHBL for Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is ready for download.
From Wololo:
A few days ago we announced the name of the game that is being used for Neur0n’s port of VHBL for firmware 1.80: Monster hunter Freedom Unite. As I type this, Sony started removing the game from their stores, although some of the exploitable games for this release are still available in some locales, which is the first time this has happened in VHBL’s short history. Grab them while you can, and for us it is now time to release VHBL for this exploit!
if you are looking for homebrews that will work “out of the box”, check out this thread which has many download links
I've installed it and it's very stable, compatibilty isn't 100% which is normal for hbl but from what I've tested the compatibility and stability is very high with this release.
Thanks Quakes69 for the news tip

Update: Official 1.81 Vita firmware has been released and blocks all Monster Hunter versions of VHBL...
So if you do have VHBL running on your Vita, just know you will permanently loose your homebrew of you update!
In my opinion, this was a very stupid move on SONY's part. VHBL was a harmless Usermode exploit. (i.e. it was not capable of allowing piracy) BUT, people were happy with it for homebrew. Now that it is blocked, people are angry and no doubt searching for more exploits. There is a big demand for homebrew on the Vita, and the next hacker who releases his new exploit may have a kernel mode exploit.
Dumb move SONY - dumb move...
