can cobra usb be used to downgrade my ps3 slim 4.21 with an e3 flasher? and can it run the latest backups like tom Clancy ghost recon future soldier and ac3 when it comes out? im about to order an e3 flasher wondering what dongle to use to downgrade it

yes im sure it can be used with E3 flasher but no it cant run the latest back ups.
