Cobra 4gb+ external.

Hey,

I can't seem to find information on how precisely this feature of the Cobra dongle works.. does it add bootable NTFS support, or it's the same as MM?
My internal is kind of brimmed up with the 4gb+MM joined files, and I was looking for a way out.

No NTFS support , only FAT32 , but you can launch games directly from external

Thanks, and only Cobra can do that so far?
No hints wether the upcoming JFW will have that?
Ordering a Cobra to my country takes quite a few weeks, and it'd be pointless to get it in mail, and that function is already widely available.

What is the program most use to split the ISOs ? Down to what size? All 4Gb ? (which would be what I would imagine )

GenPS3IS0 v2.0 (ISO generator - PC) from their download page

Edit: if already in IS0 then try HJSplit and follow the directions in the Cobra USB user's manual

Iso files bigger than 4GB can be split on external disks using the following naming convention:
filename.iso -> filename.iso.0, filename.iso.1, filename.iso.2, etc.
Each part must have a size between 4,096 and 4,294,967,295 bytes, although the recommended size for
each part except the last is 4,294,901,760 bytes. Maximum number of parts allowed is 32.
