Goto the MM xmb clone mode and see if the ps2iso shows up in retro, there should be a blue disc icon or a png of the game cover.
Just ripped Scarface again which is not in iso form and it went to the hddo games folder. It was also named somin similar to your 20120412-212045-[PS2 DISK].

Yeh mine are in red. Can not understand this... Just ripped Scarface and like I said it went to the Hddo/GAMES folder. Solved by going in to file manager and selecting the GAMES folder on one side and the ps2iso folder on the other. Selected the [PS2-ISO]folder and moved it to the other by pressing circle and selecting move to. All ps2iso has to be loaded from the retro in ccMM,also my ps2iso in the retro sec are in white letters. They were Blue when it was in my GAMES folder.
    Lookin at Tony right now...

No naw son.. saying I just backed up me Scarface(a ps2 game) again and that went to my GAMES folder(for ps3 GAMES)moved that(Scarface ps2iso)into my PS2ISO folder and she loaded. If all else fails re ripp the game and make sure it is in the right location. Or re install Cobra CFW and make sure the dongle is updated to 5.0

Cobra will not play ps2iso from external, well none of the backups I have do not. They have to be internal, in /dev_hdd0/PS2ISO folder.

is your PS3 not a BC? If it isn't you'll want to activate experimental PS2 support!
