UFC 3 Undisputed Patch? Or any patch at all?

Seeing as true blue is turning out nothing new at all, it shouldn't be surprising that they don't have an answer for UFC 3. I was so hopeful when I was able to play new games like deus ex, portal 2 and dead island, but true blue has basically flatlined on new games. Games like resistance 3 and arkam city have no excuse why they haven't been released. They have working discs for the titles, but no eboots? It's been months since they released the dongle and the discs, and it has been proven that there is no need for those discs. It sounds like they have more issues than they want to admit are at hand if those titles have been cracked and they cannot play them without the disc.

I really don't want to update to the latest firmware, but regaining online and being able to play new titles without waiting months on end seams like its really worth it at this point. Its no surprise that the dongle doesn't receive very high admiration. It does work for a handful of worthy titles, but given the initial list posted that was supposed to work with it and which titles actually do. It is turning out to be an over priced piece of metal. At least the original jailbreak dongle worked for a long time, and allowed much more to be done with the console. TB opened up a handful of good games, and now appears after just a few months requires a respirator.

We got a small reprieve with new games, but the dongles life seams to be just about at its end. Thanks to Sony and True Blue the PS3 is becoming a dinosaur in the console wars. Kudos to Sony for making a system that doesn't die like the first 3 incarnations of the 360 but now with the slim having no issues. It appears as if it is the way of the future to make the move. Piracy is an issue and I don't support it. Is it really worth alienating your customer base? I gladly purchase games and hold onto a backup. It honestly does run faster and it is alot harder to break a hard drive than a disc. Obviously it is worth it to do it, because the amount of piracy has never impacted the video game bottom line enough to make a difference in its fan base. In fact when the original jailbreak came out the sales for the console actually went up.

I have been a Sony console person since the original PSX, I owned the original Xbox and I loved that system for its power and longevity. Honestly, True Blue has made me consider rolling the dice on a Slim and hoping that Microsoft has finally ironed out the issues that have plagued their system. I am going to continue to purchase games, but who it is for will depend upon if true blue can actually come out with something worth while in the near future.

No company cares about the whims of one person, or they would do more than send you coupons. but I am giving true blue a two week notice, make something I want to play or Im buying a 360 and abandoning the PS3 scene all together. I was content with not playing online, we didn't have that growing up and not having that is like being a kid again, but seriously no new games too, thats a deal breaker.

They're not gonna release eboot patches for those games that they still have an overstock of discs for. That's just bad business. There's only a couple games that haven't been patched yet so what are you really talking about? How can you say you don't support piracy when you're bitching about a True Blue and also bitching about no patches? You're really gonna base a console decision on a piracy dongle that you yourself has said you don't support. Why do you expect a company to give you anything? What do they owe you? Go ahead and give TB a two week notice. What do you think they're gonna do - stop what they're doing and say "hey this guy's mad at us. we better do something quick!!!" It is what it is and complaining isn't gonna get you anywhere. And how old exactly is UFC 3? a couple weeks and you're crying already? Dude, you just give me a headache. Go grab a soda and a snack and pull out one of those games you never finished. It will be patched when it's ready. Nobody works around your schedule or your little tirades
