TrueBlue won't work

I have followed the guide, step by step.. But my TB won't still not work.

I have the CFW 3.55-Dongle installed, have not been able to update the dongle to 2.2 since it won't work.
Any help ?

if you just got the TB it should be on 2.51 (hence the reason 2.2 won't work) go to their site or PS3SceneFiles and download the current update which is 2.61
