Golden Eye 007 Reloaded has some foreign language files. Do not rip them - it screws up the data install. You end up with a black screen

Oddly enough I knew that, but forgot to tell anyone. I figured this out after I installed the DLC to test as i used PS3RIP on it after I had beaten the game. Put the RIPPED files back worked.

i still cant get Tron: Evolution to work, update or no update, disc in or no, game still hangs on 12% when installing. (from external)

I think I had to run that from internal, but you should know it's an excessively long install process. Best to do it overnight

VIMTO - BAD DUMP - Damaged BIK video files. Causes data install to FAIL
DUPLEX - GOOD DUMP - Works flawlessly.

If dumping from original disc, either remove your dongle before dumping or switch to KMEAW or Rebug firmwares.

I honestly don't know how to make it more clear. Please help me out guys

yeah, i downloaded VIMTO release weeks ago. Then, one day later i saw a DUPLEX release available. After reading the NFO they said that VIMTO's release was faulty, so i deleted it and downloaded duplex'

come on people, be smart. you have to double check everything you download to be sure it is going to work. It has been known for weeks that vimto's release had problems.

any warnings with ratchet all 4 one? i tried running it on TB 2.5 from external, and i get a black screen after the titles. maybe a bad dump/copy over.

and now tron doesn't even start the install process, game is supposed to be external only(select+x) only recently i got an external hdd but the BD mirror option on Multiman looks greyed out, you can still activate it but i dont know if its working or not, for example another select+x game Armored core for answer worked without doing it, it just gets a black screen for a minute or so before the game starts, i think thats the warning you have on the main post, armored core 4 works fine from internal and discless from what i remember.

I decided to test Max Payne 3 on Internal diskless. install took a bit over 8 minutes, not an hour for me

Internal, discless & rebug on 2.4 TB update and lower ONLY. MI 7674 MB. Delete USRDIR/base/(language).streamed that isn't your language (NOT stream.resources), USRDIR/base/video/loadvideo_french.bik (if not needed) & USRDIR/mp (entire folder) to gain up to 7GB.

So i will not be able to play this game on CFW v2 + TB FW 2.7?
