True blue update help .. pls :(

i just recieved my true blue dongle .... i want to update it to v2.5 .... but when i insert my dongle ... and press "ok" ... i get a message "unable to communicate with the dongle "

what should i do??

PS: i also tried updating frm the bottom ... ie ; v2.2 ... still it say unable to communicate with the dongle

my custom firmware is v2

pls m desperate for help

Edit : i forgot to mention that in system info its written

v3.55 , trueblue v 2.51

is it normal or faulty???

it means your dongle is up to date mate no need to update it from what iv read from previous posts about this maybe you should of used the search bar before you posted

If you just got your dongle recently it already has 2.51 update on it, you just need to install TB CFW V2 on your ps3
