i tried to install true blue cfw v2 from service mode but i couldnt
cuz message appear telling me that i should put 4.11 update or later
i tried to put 3.55 true blue cfw v2 instead of ofw 4.11 but my ps3 told me "this is not 4.11 update "or something like that

I read somewhere that there's many issues or problem like the one your having when you use tb dongle on downgraded system.I'm not 100% sure if that's entirely accurate.I could be wrong.

Sounds like you have a spoofer activated.
Did you try installing from Recovery Menu?

250GB Slim TBcfw V2-2.7 / 4.21 Dual Boot (E3 Flasher)

Try using Toggle QA (enable Debug Updates) and then install TBv2 through recovery (no matter what it states)
You could also try re-hashing the SYSCON by installing 3.55 OFW TWICE in Factory/Service (both installs need done and confirmed before exiting F/S)
Edit: also have you actually tried to proceed to install TBv2 in Recovery (no matter what is states) or does it error out?
Edit 2: sorry I forgot something, I added TWICE above I missed but meant it (you can see because I typed both)

Ok i have the same issue with a friends ps3.
so i :
1/. run toggle QA and enable debug updates.
2/. Install TBv2 through recovery menu.
3/. Then try True Blue dongle.
Is this correct?
What do i do about the fact that its spoofed to 3.70?
Cheers

should not matter when installing through Recovery mode (Toggle QA might not be needed but it's a good brick prevention)

So just to clarify.
My friends ps3 was orignally on 3.55 then he accidentally upgraded to 3.56.
I downgraded using e3 flasher.
Now if i install using the above steps then exit recovery menu i should be on True Blue firmware is this correct?
Cheers
