i am very sorry guys i made mistake
i have this problem in recovery menu not in service mode
1) put TBv2 CFW on your USB @usb:/PS3/UPDATE (make sure update is named PS3UPDAT.PUP)
2) enter Recovery mode
3) select option 6
4) press Select+Start (NO MATTER WHAT VERSION FW IT SAYS YOU NEED)
It should update just fine as long as you have a "no check" patched FW (Rogero, TBv2)
guys i dont know what happened but now i am stuck on factory service mode
when i turn on ps3 , rogero logo appear then a red screen in the corner say "factory service mode"
plzz can u tell me how to get out from it ?
i have now regero cfw 3.55 spoofed to 3.70
i read this comment in ps3hax websit

Downgraded PS3's CAN use TB CFW, and Cobra, or Kmeaw or any other firmware your console is able to install.
Here's how:
Once you have successfully downgraded (from say 3.70 with a hardware flasher) you will be on a lvl1 patched firmware with checks disabled, say Rogero v2 for example.
All you have to do is use rebug's Toggle QA pkg to enable QA on your console.
Then go into the QA menu (using button combo) and turn on update debug.
Load 3.41 or 3.55 OFW on your usb reboot your PS3 into recovery mode, and use the update option and update the firmware (actually downgrade).
In the recovery update menu it will ask for whatever the highest firmware your console was on (mine was 4.00) but will install 3.55 no problem.
This will reset the syscon to whatever firmware you are downgrading to (3.55 OFW for example)
.
Now install TB or Cobra cfw from the XMB.
