True Blue Dongle keeps blinking red. ?WHY

I don't like repeating myself. I already said before, if everything fails, you need to contact the retailer to get it replaced. Sorry.

I had the same issue and after a lot of testing I narrowed it down to being a bad connection in the dongle.

I fixed it by placing an object of suitable size under the dongle to force it upwards a bit. That makes a better connection. I've had no issues after doing this.
