The updated version 2.2 package allows you to back up 3.60 games and above to int or ext hdd?
But you still need to buy the actual dongle?
Only True Blue modified version of games are compatible?

Yes only true blue games are compatible, but the problem is these games are not found ( sorry i'm not very good i english )

can the thing play the latest games like skyrim etc,

probably yes, but only the game provided by them!!
