The right way from TB CFW to normal CFW

I am on TB CFW, how is the best way to normal CFW (Rogero - Rebug - Kmeaw )

Is it.

Just install normal CFW in recover console ???

i just went straight to rebug from update but when i tryed to go to kmeaw i had to do it from recovery menu i have since used SHAITANS easy swap firmware method which save alot of time and messing round you can find this HERE (Easily swap firwares without USB) if of any interest to you.

It is always better to go from CFW to OFW to other CFW.
