questions before i invest in tb

Has there been any estimation of how long true blue dongle will last for? What i mean by this is will sony eventually patch and prevent tb from running 3.60+ games (like kmeaw 3.55)?

That's a good question! No, there is noway to know how long this will last. At the same time, nobody know how long they will be selling this dongle, so those that get it will at least be able to play the 100+ games so far that have been patched for TB!

I just ordered my True Blue yesterday just buy it honestly the dongle pays for itself nobody knows how long the dongle can keep it up for but you have alot of games to play on it. If you are going to buy one buy one at mod central the downside is the $10 shipping but its worth it since you get it in a week. Ima tell you what Lethal_NFS told me, dont be cheap when it comes to your PS3 because with the True Blue you are getting your "Moneys Worth"

plus JB-King was patched out of working with newer EBOOTs & it seems JB2USB is only a clone of the JB-King clone so it's also a no go with newer EBOOTs

I read somewhere that the game: Jak & Daxter Collection is a 4.0+ firmware game and TB had no trouble patching it!

Firmware version does not mater when dumping the eboot from memory. The eboot has already been decrypted by the ps3

But that's the issue, regular folks like you and me can't do anything with 3.60+ games on CFW 3.55. And by using the TrueBlue CFW and Dongle allows us to play games that would require 3.60+ firmware to run them on. I hope you get my point.

Firmware doesn't matter when your eboot is debug version

We all know they use debug eboots.

Jak and Daxter is 3.73... as was Twisted Metal.... havent finished downloading Asuras Wrath yet

I am on the same boat... it is very tempting... but if they got Neptunia 2, tales of grace F, and naruto out in timely manner it WILL push me OVER the EDGE. Bonus point to whoever know where that line is from XD.

Also, where would be a good place to get it in us?
