ps3 games on multiman

Guys,

I'm not very technical and recently cracked my ps3 running latest multiman on 4.31 ver.

My question is can I download games frm torrent now for example I was downloading one game which says [EUR] [PS3] [3.55] .....would I able to play this game on my ver. I do not want to loose my crack as one of my downloaded game frm intetnet and his ps3 got updated to official firmware.

Please advice.
