Portal 2 TB single file problem

When I dl the file Portal_2_WORKING_TB_READ_NFO_PS3-PARADOX and unrar I get 1 4.79gb file. I have tried countless programs and 3 downloads with the same result, 1 large extentionless 4.79gb file. What do I do with this file? How do I unrar its contents so I can delete the language packs and fit it on my fat32 drive? Please I have exhausted my knowledge completely and have googled my fingers bloody trying to fix this.....grrrrrrr.....plz...thx

rip it

install the tb patch

or try a diff copy....

Try to extract with mounting program or its just BS
