Max Payne 3 TB help??

I got Vimto release of max payne ..(US) .. i applied the tb eboot patch ... all i got was a black screen

i tried editing the param with hex editor .. still the same problem

any solutions??

I think the vimto release might be screwed, try buying the game yourself and ripping from that, that way you get a working version and aren't talking about pirated games on here

hello, my work's just fine, if you have installed the update 1.02 of the game then delete them.

when you star the game you need to wait a minute then the game start the instalation e have fun.

vimto erlease is screwed. If you look for the duplex release and read the .nfo, you will see.

Proper Notes:

VIMTO's release wasn't properly ripped and therefore contains hundreds of
broken/garbage files. (e.g. try playing one of the .bik files ...)
So here is a proper rip! Enjoy!

So you are saying you torrented a ps3 game and it didn't work. Without reading the compatibility lists prior. Hmm sounds about right.

Dont bother playing Max Payne 3 anyway for just single player its just a waste of time people buy it for the muitiplayer same thing like COD 10-12 hours of storymode (how boring)

you don't intall the update when you run the game, they tell you, you need install the update 1.02 right?
so you cancel this uptdate do not install it or if you have installed you can remove this on playstation xmb,on save games i think, you take look, and then run normal from multiman and then run from xmb, and don't need to have disc originall inside.

I can verify that DUPLEX version works. Just copy the game replace PATCHED files and launch the game via multiman.

i have ripped the game straight from the disc. im using tb 2.7, and i patched the game but i am still getting nothing but a black screen tried it internal and external
