On PS3 i have KMEAW installed and few games installed when i upgrade firmware to TB-CFW all the games that were installed will be deleted or they stay on HDD? Will i be able to play all games on TB-CFW < 3.55 FW ?
No need to take it apart really. Use your PS3 to determine if its real PC wont be able to read it, security reasons. On ps3 from XMB go to settings--- system settings-- system info if its reads true blue its original if it says clone, well its a clone.
However if you bought it from Lighttake you shouldnt be worried about it being a clone, the only thing to worry about is if it works or not. A very small percentage of TB dongles are dead on arrival.
All your old games will work unless they were 3.56 games, then you might have to reapply the fixed 3.55 eboot, like MK9 or if a game like LA Noire or Brink might have to reapply 1.01 patches that are 3.55 not 3.60, might have to reapply fix to uncharted 3 as well.
