Error Updating TB 2.4 to 2.5

I've searched google and this forum and haven't found much help. So when I try to update from TB 2.4 to 2.5 I get an error message "ERROR: True Blue CFW v2 is required!" I followed the 2.5 directions step by step which were exactly the same as 2.4 update. I even tried installing TB from scratch, updating to 2.4 and then still got the same error when trying 2.5. I thought about updating TB step by step (2.2, 2.3 and so on) but I can't find 2.2 or 2.3.

Also, I found something about the error being a typo on the following page but it doesn't make sense to me. help updating true blue dongle from 2.4 to 2.5

Any help appreciated.

That's exactly where I downloaded it from earlier today and still no dice. Thanks though.

Got it figured out. I found a referral to ps3crunch from the official TB site. If anyone is having the same problems here' what you do. Go to True Blue - play 3.6+ games on your jailbroken PS3 and download the original 3.55 firmware as well as the 2.5 update. Then instead of installing in the XMB like I did before, install the 3.55 TB CFW in recovery mode. Afterwards you can install the 2.5 update in the XMB. This took me way too long to solve so if anyone else is stuck let me know so I can give you more details. Thank you community!
